Shipping and Pickup

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.99 and FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. If you order over the weekend, it will likely ship on Monday. Delivery times depend on the carrier, but you’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes! You can select in-store pickup at checkout. Your order will usually be ready within 24 hours.

How can I exchange a product?

We’ll send you a prepaid return label for the original product and ship the replacement at no extra cost. The replacement will be sent within 1 to 3 days after we receive the returned item.

Can I request a refund?

Yes! Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like a refund, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.
